The warm and friendly staff made my city break memorable. The room was well-equipped and had everything I needed, including clean bedding and a spotless bathroom. , the location was perfect as it was near to all the local attractions that I wanted to visit.

The restaurant, although it offered a discount for guests, was overpriced and not worth the money. The breakfast was not up to my expectations, and the food was cold and unappetizing.

The room was a good size with great bathroom. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. We were able to book our minibus tickets to Vientiane here and were picked up right at the door. Breakfast was good with some choices. It is located on the main road with lots of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. The tubing office is less than a five minute walk from the hotel. The TV has lots of English channels but with the heavy rain the signal came and went and some channels were affected by this. Wifi works well but is only in the lobby area which closes at 10pm.

When we booked this room it said in the description that the room had a mini-bar so we were disappointed when we arrived to discover that it did not have a minibar or even a fridge! When we arrived there were a few mosquitoes in the room. The staff did give us a can of mosquito spray to kill them but a mosquito net over the bed would have been nice. Also we noticed that the cleaners leave the doors wide open while cleaning which is probably how the mosquitoes get in. The water pressure in the shower is not great but it does have hot water and works ok.

I think vang vieng is a noisy town but the hotel is right next door to the bucket bar and they played thumping music until 2am! Also for a place that rains so frequently it would make sense for the hotel to have umbrellas available for guests. One of the bar staff lent me his but got a bit shirty when I was out with it for too long!

Excellent location, tasty breakfast, helpful staff, good view of the mountains, clean room, fresh mountain air.

The welcome was very warm, and the room was nicely furnished with dark wood and cream fabrics. The breakfast was decent, with unlimited tea or coffee!

The bar next door was loud, but my room was at the back so it didn't disturb me.

It can be noisy. The toilet is very basic and the main door has holes and breaches.

I had an amazing stay here! The room was spotless and had a fantastic view of the mountains. The hotel had good facilities and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect as it was in the center of everything, with great local restaurants nearby and the Nam Song river just a few steps away. Plus, the breakfast was delicious!

The only thing I could say about the hotel is. It is a little noisy at night with the bar next store. I think what could be better for the hotel is maybe put up a wall at the front of the hotel to help block some of the noise.

Some cash disappeared from wallets (in both rooms we had booked). Obviously not everything, but around 50 euro per person, thus difficult to prove. The safety box was not working. No reason not to visit the hotel, but be careful.

The curtains may be too thin to block out the morning sun, which can be a bit of a bother for light sleepers.

The hotel room had a nice view of the nearby landmarks, and the staff were friendly and hospitable. It was also conveniently located near several establishments that offer a variety of activities. the ambience was quite cozy and relaxing.

The hotel's amenities and services were a bit lacking. the internet connection was very slow and the bed was not very comfortable.

The hotel is nice, and in particular its reastaurant. Good position on the mai road. Breakfast is huge.

Our room was standard and it was one in a row of about 15 on the basement floor. View was poor.
